Welcome to Best DOC Home Healthcare LLC (referred to as “Best DOC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they govern your use of Best DOC’s services, including our nursing and healthcare services provided via our website https://bestdochomehealthcare.com/ and any associated platforms or mobile applications.

 

Payments and Service Contracts

  • Payment Terms: For any nursing or healthcare service contract, 50% of the total fee is due at the start of the service. The remaining 50% is payable at the end of the one-month contract period.
  • Payment Reminders: If the initial 50% is not paid, we’ll first send a reminder email, followed by a phone call from our accounting team to offer assistance or guidance in making the payment.
  • Service Cancellation: If payments are not made, we reserve the right to terminate nursing support immediately.

 

Booking and Cancellations

  • Cancellation Notice: We require a 4-hour notice for ad-hoc bookings and 24-hour notice for long-term or monthly contract cancellations.
  • Nurse Uniforms: Nurses will wear their uniform unless a special request is approved by the nurse manager for family reasons.
  • Nurse Replacement: We may replace a nurse during a long-term contract, ensuring the substitute nurse meets our high standards and a smooth transition is maintained.

 

Service Scope and Standards

  • Clinical Assessment: We’ll assess whether a patient’s condition is within our scope of home nursing care. If not, we’ll refer to additional healthcare services.
  • Nurse Conduct: Our nurses are not domestic helpers. They should not be subjected to any form of abuse. They provide newborn baby care, childcare, and nursing services.
  • Work Hours: A nurse’s shift is limited to 12 hours unless prior approval is obtained for longer hours.

 

Payments

  • Accepted Payments: We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, BNPL Services like Tabby, Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payments in AED. Our services are not available in countries sanctioned by OFAC in compliance with UAE law.

 

Physiotherapy Services (If applicable)

  • Initial Assessment: The first step is an initial 45-minute assessment to discuss needs and evaluate your condition.
  • Treatment Sessions: The number of sessions will be determined based on the initial assessment and agreed upon with you.
  • Session Cancellation: Less than 3 hours’ notice for cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.
  • Session Cancellation: Less than 1 hours’ notice for cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the session fee.

 

Rights and Responsibilities

  • Instructions: You’re expected to follow reasonable instructions for the treatment’s effectiveness, including preparation for physiotherapy sessions.
  • Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and confidentiality, disclosing information only when legally required or necessary for treatment.
  • Data Protection: We comply with UAE Data Protection Act and manage your personal data accordingly.

 

Changes and Termination

  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms, including service fees, with 30 days’ notice.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the contract under certain conditions, including breach of these terms or in case of unforeseen circumstances.

 

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
